    摘要: 本論文主要為在基板整合波導濾波器(Substrate integrated waveguide)的架構中使用干擾孔產生雙模態濾波器,並提出兩種方法來實現,結合兩種不同方法實現的共振器與T形分波器形成雙模態雙通帶濾波器。第一種為90度饋入之雙模共振器使用干擾孔產生竒模態與偶模態,再藉由這兩個模態產生通帶,並在通帶兩側產生訊號相消的傳輸零點。藉由傳輸零點增加通帶間的Rejection,分析其模態分布及改變干擾孔位置對其頻寬及零點的影響。
    第二種則是使用干擾孔將兩模態合併。改變干擾孔的位置調整通帶的頻寬,而調整矩形腔體長寬比能使高頻的模態能推往更高頻的地方,不與另一需要的頻帶重疊。比較此兩種濾波器在不同形狀下各模態的頻率點、模態間的Rejection,選擇合適的腔體形狀製作雙通帶濾波器。
    在本論文中所設計之電路是由兩不同設計之基板整合波導濾波器、T形分波器所組成,於本文中將有其電路所有的設計原理、模擬結果與實作結果的探討。
    ;This thesis is mainly to create a dual-mode filter using interference holes in the structure of a substrate integrated waveguide filter (SIW), and proposes two methods to achieve it. Dual-mode dual-passband filter formed by combining two different methods resonators and T-junction. The first type is a 90-degree fed dual-mode resonator that uses interference holes to generate odd mode and even mode, and then uses these two modes to generate a passband with two transmission zeros on both sides. By increasing the rejection between the passbands through the transmission zero, the influence of the mode distribution and changing the position of the interference hole on its bandwidth and zero are analyzed.
    The second is to use the interference hole to combine the two modes. Change the position of the interference hole to adjust the bandwidth of the passband, and adjust the aspect ratio of the rectangular cavity to enable the high-frequency mode to be pushed to a higher frequency without overlapping with another required frequency band. Compare the frequency points of these two filters in different modes and the rejection between the modes, and then select the appropriate cavity shape to make a dual-passband filter.
    The circuit designed in this paper is composed of two differently designed substrate integrated waveguide filters and T-junction. In this article, all the design principles, simulation results and implementation results of the circuit will be discussed
