    Abstract: 伴隨都市人口的成長快速,”行”的需求隨之提升,因此各政府正積極推動大眾捷運運輸系統。在捷運運輸系統營運的同時,其各項維修系統之檢修保養也不斷地進行著,以往實務上對於維修工作隊在路網中旅行之成本與維修據點設址成本間大多以人工經驗進行維修據點設址,長期下來缺乏整體維修系統全面性的規劃及成本資源上系統性的考量。因此本研究以系統最佳化之觀點, 發展捷運維修據點選址暨預防檢修任務指派最佳化模式,以期能提供業者在設計規劃維修據點設址時做決策。
    本研究以數學規劃方式,在選址時滿足實務上緊急搶修時效限制、設址空間及預防檢修等相關限制條件下,以最小總營運成本為目標,構建出捷運維修據點選址暨預防檢修任務指派模式。由於問題規模龐大,本研究發展兩種啟發式演算法進行求解,透過擴大規模之方案進行演算法績效評估。為評估模式之績效,本研究測試不同參數之敏感度分析,結果顯示本研究之模式在實務上能有效運作,可提供給捷運公司在規劃維修據點設址暨預防檢修任務指派時之參考。;With the rapid growth of the urban population, the demand for "travel" has increased, so governments are actively promoting the mass rapid transit system. While the MRT transportation system is in operation, the maintenance and repair of its various repair systems are also continuously carried out. In the past, the cost of the maintenance team’s travel in the road network and the cost of repairing the location of the maintenance site were mostly repaired by manual experience. The location of the maintenance site has long lacked comprehensive planning of the overall maintenance system and systematic consideration of cost resources. Therefore, in this study, from the viewpoint of system optimization, the development of the MRT maintenance site selection and the optimization model for the assignment of preventive maintenance tasks are designed to provide operators with the ability to make decisions when designing and planning maintenance site locations.
    In this study, the mathematical planning method was adopted to establish the location and preventive maintenance of MRT maintenance bases with the minimum total operating cost as the target when meeting the practical emergency emergency repair time limit, site space and preventive maintenance and other relevant constraints. Task assignment mode. Due to the large scale of the problem, this study developed two heuristic algorithms to solve the problem, and evaluated the performance of the algorithm through the scheme of expanding the scale. In order to evaluate the performance of the model, this study tested the sensitivity analysis of different parameters. The results show that the model of this study can be effectively operated in practice, which can be used as a reference for the MRT company in the planning of maintenance base location and preventive maintenance task assignment.
