    摘要: 紅樓夢》的物質世界精彩紛呈,「香」作為《紅樓夢》形構的物質世界之一,因其物理特性及嗅覺感官特性而能牽引深層幽微的情緒意識,形成特殊的敘事意義。香藥的使用具有深遠廣大的文化傳承與沿革,解鎖其文化的歷史淵源背景,有助於進一步解讀《紅樓夢》之用香及香氣敘事、美學意蘊。本文擬就「香」層面,分別針對香氣及香文化進行探討。從最基礎的「物質」使用,探究香的嗅覺符碼及文化底蘊對於人物、身分、性別的不同表徵,及作者如何藉香氣的審美與調性對人物性格做出區分並以此進行結局之暗喻。此外,關注香氣意象對於空間、時間的替換及牽引所建構的物質與精神世界。期望能透過散落在文本中幽微的香氣暗語,重新認識另一個象度的《紅樓夢》世界。;The material world of "Dream of Red Mansions" is brilliant. As one of the material
    worlds of "Dream of Red Mansions", "Fragrance" can draw deep and subtle emotional
    consciousness due to its physical characteristics and olfactory sensory characteristics, forming
    a special narrative meaning. The use of incense and herbal has far-reaching cultural heritage
    and evolution, unlocks the historical background of its culture, and helps to further interpret
    the incense and fragrance narrative and aesthetic meaning of "A Dream of Red Mansions".
    This article intends to discuss the fragrance and incense culture on the level of "fragrance".
    From the most basic use of "substances", it explores the olfactory codes and cultural
    background of incense for different representations of characters, status, and gender, and how
    the author distinguishes the characters′ personalities through the aesthetics and tonality of
    fragrance, and uses this to conclude metaphor. In addition, it pays attention to the material and
    spiritual world constructed by the replacement of space and time and the traction of fragrance
    imagery. Hopefully, through the faintly scented words scattered in the text, I can re-
    understand the world of "Dream of Red Mansions" from a different perspective.
