    Title: 桃園新屋海岸波流受海工結構物設置之數值模擬研究;A numerical study on the change of waves and currents due to the construction of coastal structures in Xinwu coastal zone, Taoyuan

    Abstract: 本研究旨在探討桃園新屋海岸之流場特性,以及設置海工結構物對其之影響。本研究利用近岸數值模式(Delft3D)搭配新竹浮標之風場、波浪逐時觀測資料作為起始條件,模擬桃園新屋海岸之流場結構,後以聲學都普勒剖面流速儀(ADCP)於桃園海岸所收集之現場觀測資料進行驗證,建立桃園新屋海岸水動力模型,其次設置三種假想海工結構物,並透過模擬結果探討其對新屋海岸流場之影響。結果發現:1. 桃園新屋海岸流場特性主要受潮汐水位影響,而風場與其之相關性亦極高。2.平行海岸之離岸堤最能有效阻擋波浪進入侵蝕熱區,而侵蝕熱區後段之突堤可有效降低侵蝕熱區內之流速。;This study aims to investigate the characteristics of the flow field on the coast of Taoyuan Xinwu and the impact of the installation of offshore structures on it.This study uses the nearshore numerical model (Delft3D) with the Hsinchu buoy′s wind field and wave hourly observation data as the initial conditions to simulate the flow field of the Taoyuan Xinwu coast, and then use the observation data collected by the Acoustic Doppler Current Profiler(ADCP) in Taoyuan coast to verify,and a coastal hydrodynamic model of Taoyuan Xinwu was established.Secondly, this study sets up three imaginary offshore structures, and discusses their impact on the flow field on Xinwu coastal zone based on the simulation results. The results found that: 1. The characteristics of the flow field on Taoyuan Xinwu coast are mainly affected by tidal water level, and the correlation between the wind field and the flow field is very high. 2. Offshore breakwater in parallel with coast can effectively block waves entering the shadow zone, and the jetty at the back of the shadow zone can effectively reduce the flow velocity in the shadow zone.
