    Abstract: 紫外光固化產業面對國際競爭,大陸市場崛起,新競爭者風起雲湧,如何掌握外部動態變化的失機,進行經營策略調整,展現變形蟲般的應變能力,以保有競爭力是關鍵因素。本研究應用「產業策略分析法」研究發現,紫外光固化產業,產業資本化大者恆大的現象顯著,產品趨勢更為高端技術,符合市場產品科技人性化的要求,相對於產品品項穩定價格有競爭力,企業在決策時須針對各項產品價值活動,評估其對經營策略與競爭優勢的影響,才能持領先與保有實力。
    本研究乃藉由對個案公司過去幾年雖然保有亮麗的成長,但外在經濟環境丕變,企業生存面臨重大的挑戰。永續經營之道,就是提升企業競爭力。以期將研究結果持續優化並營造競爭優勢,順應環境的演變,規劃新的策略,持續新的經營契機。個案公司根據研究分析提昇競爭力關鍵結論如下:
     紮根新技術研發,重點精密製造工藝,掌握市場新趨勢。
     產業資本化,大者恆大的現象為競爭的核心關鍵。
     全球化佈局,分散集中大陸市場營運成本及風險。
     全球環保意識抬頭,強化生產工藝標準,符合國際環保標準要求。;In the face of international competition, the rise of the mainland market, the rise of new competitors, how to master the external dynamic changes of the lost machine, business strategy adjustment, show amoeba-like resilience, in order to maintain competitiveness is the key factor. This study applied the "Industrial Strategy Analysis Method" research found that the UV curing industry, industrial capitalization of everglade phenomenon is significant, product trends more high-end technology, in line with the market product technology humanization requirements, relative to the product item stable price competitiveness, enterprises in decision-making for various product value activities, to assess its impact on business strategy and competitive advantage, in order to maintain leadership and retention strength.
    This study is based on the case companies in the past few years, although the growth of bright, but the external economic environment changes, the survival of enterprises face major challenges. The way to operate sustainably is to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. In order to continuously optimize the results of the research and create a competitive advantage, adapt to the evolution of the environment, planning new strategies, and continue to new business opportunities. The key conclusions of the case companies to improve their competitiveness based on the analysis of the study are as follows:
     Rooted in new technology research and development, focus on precision manufacturing processes, grasp the new market trends.
     Global layout of decentralized the mainland market operating costs and risks.
     Global environmental awareness, strengthen the production process standards, in line with international environmental standards.
