    Abstract: 本論文主要探討三檔結構型商品,分別為股權連結型商品、基金連結型商品及股價連結型商品。藉由此三檔商品,讓投資人更加瞭解結構型商品的演進及變化,雖然這三檔商品的期間不算長天期商品,但商品本身隱含較高的利息,也是必須依據目前的市場狀況,審慎評估商品發行期間內標的趨勢及股價的波動。此外,商品設計讓發行的證券公司及上手銀行藉由設定提前贖回條款,讓投資人無法取得更高額的利息。本文藉由分析三檔在證券公司常見且熱銷的結構型商品,提供給能承受風險的市場參與者,依不同風險承受度說明、分析商品方法,期望能使投資人在決定投資前能更完整的瞭解商品內容及架構,再進行投資。;This paper mainly discusses three types of structured products, namely equity-linked products,fund-linked products and stock price-linked commodities. With these three types of products, investors can better understand the evolution and changes of structured products. Although these three types of products are not long-term products, the products themselves imply higher interest rates, and they are also based on the current market situation. Investors must watch the trend of underlying assets and the fluctuation of stock prices before the expiration dates of the products. In addition, the product design allows the securities-issurance companies and the banks to set up early redemption clauses, so that investors cann’t get higher interest. By analyzing the three types of common and popular structured products in securities companies, this article provides market participants some knowledge to make better decisions before investing.
