    摘要: 台灣的中小型產業以傳統型產業居多,生產大多以老舊設備為主,如不汰換更新則需改造設備,使它更符合現代自動化的需求,讓生產更具有彈性化與數位化。然而生產設備的穩定運作直接關係到企業生產效能及獲利,因此對於擁有種類及數目繁多之生產設備的企業而言,良好的設備保養管理將是增強企業體質的重要關鍵!製造業於設備管理經常面臨設備保養資訊不足、未進行設備定期保養、維修保養人力未有效分派、對設備異常原因未能深入分析檢討等,導致異常重複發生,如此不但持續造成生產損失、生產成本上升,對人員及設備安全亦產生極大威脅。
    本研究乃藉由分析一家專門從事傳統製造業生產設備維護的E公司的營運模式來做個案研究分析,從分析E公司的營業方式中發現以個案研究(CASE STUDY)中的5W2H是非常契合的研究模式,不論從設備的維修保養,設備的改善、改造,設備的管理到零配件庫存的建立,都可適用5W2H來分析,發現其中的問題進行評估和思考,制定出可行性方案解決問題。
    隨著工業互聯網的興起,IoT軟硬體技術的行日益成熟,利用手機等進行設備的監控是不得不面對的問題選項,使用者能預知設備何時該維修保養,打破以往傳統例行性維護,事後修復的服務模式。可防患於未然,讓機台維持在高時間稼動率、高性能效率與高良率的最佳狀態。而能助設備製維護者被動為主動的關鍵,就在於透過IoT即時檢測監視,時時刻刻掌握機台生產力狀況,輔以品質分析工具「PDCA循環」,為機台的健康把關,提供最佳的後勤支援。;Taiwan’s traditional industries and their production is mostly based on old equipment. If they are not replaced, they need to be renovated to make it more in line with the needs of modern automation and make production more flexible and digital. However, the stable operation of production equipment is directly related to the company′s production efficiency and profitability. Therefore, for companies with a large variety of production equipment, good equipment maintenance management will be an important key to enhance the company′s physical fitness! The manufacturing industry often faces insufficient equipment maintenance information, failure to carry out regular maintenance of equipment, failure to effectively allocate maintenance personnel, and failure to conduct in-depth analysis and review of equipment anomalies, resulting in repeated occurrences of anomalies. This not only continues to cause production losses and production costs The rise also poses a great threat to the safety of personnel and equipment.
    This research is a case study analysis by analyzing the operation mode of an E company specializing in the maintenance of traditional manufacturing equipment. From the analysis of E company′s business methods, it is found that the 5W2H in the case study is very suitable. The research model, from equipment maintenance and repair, equipment improvement and reconstruction, equipment management to the establishment of spare parts inventory, can apply 5W2H to analyze, find and evaluate the problems, and formulate a feasible solution to solve the problem.
    Along with the rise of the Industrial Internet, the IoT(Internet of Things) hardwareand software technology is becoming more and more mature. The use of mobile phones and other devices to monitor equipment is a problem that has to be faced. Users can predict when the equipment should be repaired and maintained, breaking the previous traditional routine maintenance. The service model of repair afterwards. It can prevent accidents and keep the machine in the best condition of high time utilization rate, high performance efficiency and high yield. The key to helping equipment system maintainers be passive and active lies in real-time detection and monitoring through IoT, always grasping the machine′s productivity status, supplemented by the quality analysis tool "PDCA(Plan Do Check Action) cycle", to provide the best check for the health of the machine Logistic support.
