    Abstract: 齒輪減速馬達(馬達減速機)具有體積小、扭力大的特性,並且運轉時展現低噪音、低振動、不漏油之優點,常搭配交流電源用於機械設備中,隨著科技進步,自動化機器對減速馬達之振動規範要求也是日趨嚴格。馬達轉子力矩不平衡為造成機器振動之一項因素,若不進行修正,將影響減速機工作效率與使用壽命。阻尼顆粒減振是一種被動和非線性能量耗散技術,可用於改善振動噪音問題,優點包括耐高溫和惡劣環境,對原始結構修改少等特點。本研究基於阻尼顆粒減振技術,透過於馬達轉子上合理設計顆粒阻尼裝置,可在不同腔室填充不同比例之顆粒,以同時達到校正轉子動平衡和機器抑振之雙重效果。此外更透過離散元素法及多體動力學進行具阻尼顆粒裝置馬達減速機之雙向耦合動力分析,以了解阻尼顆粒之抑振特性及動平衡之修正效果,針對顆粒粒徑、腔室尺寸、顆粒摩擦及恢復係數對馬達減速機之動態特性影響進行探討,最後從實驗及分析結果對振動加速度與動b不平衡量上評估改善效果。 ;Gear-reduction motors (motor reducer) have been widely applied in industrial equipment in collocation with AC electric power due to their characteristics of compact size and high output torque, as well as their advantages of low noise and vibration, and no oil leakage in operation. With technological advancement, vibration criteria for the gear-reduction motor has become more rigorous in automatic machines. Dynamic imbalance of the motor rotor is a factor causing machine vibration, which would affect working efficiency and service life of the reducer. As known, vibration suppression using damping particles is a kind of passive and nonlinear energy dissipation technology, which has been applied to improve vibration and noise. This project aims to either correct dynamic balance or attenuate machine vibration of the reducer through reasonably design particle-damping devices on the motor rotor and distribute different particle percents in different containing cavities of these devices based on the particle damping technology. In addition, the two-way-coupled DEM (Discrete Element Method)-MBD (Multi-body Dynamics) analysis technology will be employed to investigate the effects of geometry and size on particles and cavities, friction and restitution coefficients of particles on the reducer dynamic behaviors, and predict the improved results. Practical loaded tests on the motor reducer will also be conducted to evaluate the improved achievements on the vibration acceleration and the dynamic imbalance amount.
