    摘要: 雙螺桿壓縮機具有高穩定性、高可靠性及優良的動力平衡性等優點,被廣泛應用於機械及製冷領域等多種產業,其機體內有一對平行且相互嚙合運轉之公、母轉子,在轉子相互嚙合過程中將氣體吸入,藉由吸排氣兩側容積變化將等量空氣壓縮至所需要的壓力。為了提高雙螺桿壓縮機的性能,轉子齒廓的設計將是關鍵的影響因素。因此,本論文旨在建立一套壓縮機性能數值計算程序,並使用物件導向軟體封裝成應用程式,其可根據使用者自訂輸入轉子齒形點資料及壓縮機基本參數,計算雙螺桿壓縮機幾何特徵、轉子及調節滑閥受力等壓縮機性能指標。本論文在符合轉子齒形設計原則及考慮不同工作負載條件下,探討齒形參數對壓縮機性能指標之影響,接著,藉由均勻設計法(Uniform Design)得出之高斯徑向基函數(Radial Basis Function, RBF)近似模型,建立轉子齒形特徵與不同負載下壓縮機性能指標之關係式,最後,以本論文所提出之壓縮機正規化性能指標 (Normalized Performance Index, NPI)進行齒形參數最佳化。另外,本論文建構之應用程式可讓使用者更快速的判斷壓縮機性能,並縮短壓縮機設計及分析需要之時間與成本。;A twin-screw compressor comprises a pair of parallelly meshing screw rotors inside the housing which greatly governs the compressor performance. With the relative rotation between two rotors, the gaseous medium is inhaled in and compressed through continuous change of the enclosed tooth chamber from the suction side to the exhaust side. The rotor profile design is vital to improve the compressor performance. Therefore, this study aims to establish a numerical calculation procedure to evaluate the compressor performance and package it into an object-oriented application program. According to the user-defined rotor profile point data and the related basic settings, it is available to calculate the geometric characteristics of screw rotors, variation curves of pressure vs chamber volume, and loads on the rotors and the sliding valve. Also, the influence of each rotor profile parameter on the compressor performance indexes, regarding to the efficiencies and vibration of the compressor, is investigated for the different load conditions. The regression equations between the rotor profile characteristics and the compressor performance indexes for the different load conditions are attained through Uniform Design method combined with the Radial Basis Function (RBF) approximate model. Finally, the synthetic Normalized Performance Index (NPI) is proposed in this thesis to optimize the rotor profile for increasing the compressor performance. In addition, the application program allows users to evaluate compressor performance more quickly, reduce the required time and cost in compressor design and analysis.
