〔唐〕杜牧（803-853），晚唐著名詩人，七言律詩備受古今評論者讚譽。然而，諸家之說多是概述其風格，稍嫌簡略，未能深入闡述杜牧七律藝術表現之特色，而七律發展史研究中，學者也對杜牧選擇略而不談，或所談甚簡，使其七律價值面目模糊。 格律研究是古典詩的根本，尤其是七言律詩的必要條件，是檢視詩人此一體製詩藝表現的重要標準，因此，本文選擇從格律角度切入，期能解決上述問題。文中依據保存於唐人詩格著作中的大量格律主張，分從「平仄」、「用韻」、「對偶」三面向，深入分析杜牧七律的實際表現，以彰顯其特色與成價值。 此外，為避免見林不見樹，本文論述之際，還選擇七位與杜牧同時期且具有代表性詩人：姚合（777-842）、賈島（779-843）、許渾（788-860）、張祜（792-853）、溫庭筠（801-866）、趙嘏（806-852）、李商隱（812-858），分析其詩律，與杜牧對照，冀更有效彰顯杜牧七律格律表現的特殊之處，及其在晚唐甚至整個唐代七律史中的地位。;[Tang] Du Mu is famous poet in Late Tang. His seven - character regulated verse has been well received by the critics. However, critics generally focus on its style, the comment is slightly brief so they rarely explained the style of Du Mu′s seven - character regulated verse in depth. Scholars rarely talk about Du Mu in seven - character regulated verse research. So, we don′t know enough about Du Mu′s seven - character regulated verse. Classical Chinese poetry forms is necessary condition for seven - character regulated verse. It is Important standard so we can check the performance from it. This treatise will apply the “Classical Chinese poetry forms”（格律）according to the Form of the Poetry of Tang Dynasty, analyzing the“Pingze”（平仄）, “rhyme”（用韻） and “Duiou”（對偶） situations. I will analyze the actual performance of Du Mu′s seven - character regulated verse. I expect this treatise will express the feature and value of Du Mu′s seven - character regulated verse. I avoid incomplete research so this treatise choose additional seven poets : Yao He（777-842）, Jia Dao（779-843）, XU HUN（779-843）, Chang Huh（792-853）, Wen Tingyun（801-866） and Li Shangyin（812-858）. This treatise will analyze their seven - character regulated verse. I hope this method can express the feature of Du Mu′s seven - character regulated verse, and its status in Late Tang.
