    摘要: 在電子產業需求又急又多變的情況下,進口存貨的特用化學品供應商該如何在競爭激烈的市場中保有企業競爭力,迅速回應與滿足客戶的需求,存貨的訂購策略是關鍵之一,國內外許多關於訂購策略與存貨成本相關的研究,大部分以ABC存貨分析作為存貨分類的方法,然而化學品存貨因為化學性質在運輸上會受到限制,且存貨在進口時,又因為需求的變異與前置時間的差異,不一定適用同一種訂購模式。因此,本研究將具有相同特性與相同需求變異的的存貨歸在同一類,讓存貨的訂購與管理更為便利,而每一種類別的存貨,依照其需求變異,使用不同的訂購模式作為訂購的方式,製作Excel試算表,比較各種訂購模式下的訂購次數、存貨週轉率、期末庫存、缺貨次數與存貨總成本,嘗試證明不同類別的存貨以不同的訂購模式,在績效的表現比單用一種訂購模式訂購所有存貨以及比現行的訂購方式來得優秀。;Under the rapid and changeable demand in the electronics industry, for suppliers who import specialty chemicals, inventory ordering strategies are the key points to maintain their competitiveness in the competitive market by responding quickly and meeting customer needs. Most of the researches on ordering strategies and inventory costs employed ABC inventory analysis as the method of inventory classification. However, there are limits to transportation of chemicals due to different chemical characteristics, and chemical inventory does not necessarily apply to the same ordering modes because of the demand variation and difference in lead time at import. Therefore, this study classified the inventory with the same characteristics and the same demand variation into the same category, which makes the ordering and management of inventory more convenient. According to its demand variation, each category of inventory adopted different ordering modes. An Excel spreadsheet was made to compare the number of orders, inventory turnover rate, ending inventory, the number of out of stocks and the total cost of inventory under various ordering modes. This study aimed to prove that when different ordering modes are employed for different types of inventories, the performance is better than ordering all inventories with one ordering mode alone and better than the current ordering mode.
