    Abstract: 本論文主要以嘗試改善正交多區塊反射鏡車頭燈所含有的橫向間隙(Gap)會對暗區造成縱向雜散光之問題,因此,我們提出了一種非正交多區塊反射鏡的新型車頭燈結構,藉由將區塊反射鏡以斜向的方式排列,藉此讓間隙的排亮方式以斜向排列,預期該設計能將反射杯間隙所造成之雜散光引導至整體光形暗區邊緣,來改善正交區塊反射鏡車頭燈設計所含有的問題,同時我們也將此設計以德國自行車近燈法規 (StVZO 22A TA23,K-mark)進行評估,藉由該法規定義於10公尺的檢測牆面上之法規檢測點進行量測,最後將光學模擬計算與實驗量測的結果進行比較,來檢測此設計是否能達到規範之要求,最後對此設計進行雜散光的分析,確認本論文所提出之設計是否有達到預期之效果。;This thesis is mainly to try to improve the problem of vertical stray light caused by the horizontal gap contained in the orthogonal multi- segment reflector headlights in the dark area. Therefore, we propose a new type of non-orthogonal multi-segment reflector. The headlight structure focuses on arranging the multi-segment reflectors, so that the gaps are arranged obliquely. It is expected that this design can guide the stray light in the dark area to the edge of the overall dark area to improve the orthogonal reflector headlight design that originally contains problems. At the same time, we also evaluate this design according to the German Bicycle Low Beam Regulation (StVZO 22A TA23, K-mark), which is defined by the 10- meter test wall. The above regulatory inspection points are measured, and finally the results of optical simulation calculations and experimental measurements are compared to test whether the design can meet the requirements of the specification. Finally, the stray light analysis of the design is performed to confirm what this paper proposes and whether the design has achieved the expected effect.
