    摘要: 本研究從個案分析的角度,將全面品質管理運用在多樣性的生產模式下,提升產品良率,以持續改善的行動來提升人機協同生產和導入自動化生產,期能達到降低生產成本,改善企業在中國的經營困境。本研究透過以學理為基礎,結合實務經驗,以TQM優異的經營管理與工具,運用5S和現場改善、目視管理與教育訓練等方式,由下而上地導引提升員工品質意識與觀念,激發員工改善的動力,達到全員品質管理的理念。同時,針對產品良率進行資料蒐集、分類、歸納、推理、驗證,將影響產品良率因素列出而予以驗證改善,提升產品良率,減少產品漏失到客戶處的處理成本。最後,藉由工作流程分析,將各產品生產站位排序重新審視,找出可以導入自動化、半自動化、最適化生產條件與方式,達到最佳生產效率與最低成本生產的生產模式,最終個案公司每月制費可以節省台幣3,361,226元。藉由這些工具與做法,強化企業體質,創造競爭優勢,提高企業經營績效。;This research implements the overall quality management in diverse manufacturing mode, enhances man-machine cooperative production and imports continuous improvement in automation, by using case study, to improve production yield rate(YR) and reduce manufacturing cost, trying to overcome the difficulties the business faces in China nowadays. We combine theory with practices, including TQM management tool, 5S & onsite improvement, visual management, training, etc., to train and navigate the quality consciousness and concept of employees as well as, motivate employee self-improvement to reach the idea of Company-Wide Quality Assurance. To improve YR of products, reduce spill risk or handling cost of spill, the yield rate data in manufacturing process are collected, sorted, analyzed, summarized and verified, to identify and verify the elements that might affect YR. Finally, each product manufacturing station is re-considered and re-sequenced, by analyzing production process, to find out where semi-automation, automation, and the best manufacturing condition and methods can be imported. All these are expected to help reach the highest efficiency and the lowest cost, and strengthen the internal system, create more competitive advantages and improve the management efficiency for the business.
