    Abstract: 網際網路的傳輸容量與品質的需求及雲端運算產業興起,帶動高頻寬設備需求,相對帶動起光通訊產業的發展。台灣的光通訊產業以光通訊元件廠商比重較高,光通訊元件是此產業鏈的重要環節,其中的光收發模組是頻寬提供的核心元件。光收發模組製程具有勞力密集與技術密集等特性,人工的比重高,人工成本的控管顯得重要。本研究利用線性規劃建立最佳化模式,於進行生產線人力配置時考量熟手或新手,妥善分配各工作站別之作業員,在滿足訂單產能下,快速求出生產線最低人工成本及最佳人力配置,有效提供管理者面臨人力變化時可靈活調度指派工作站的人力配置。;The Internet transmission capacity and quality needs and the rise of the cloud computing industry have boosted the demand for high-bandwidth equipment, leading to a corresponding development of the optical communication industry. In Taiwan’s optical communication industry, optical communication component manufacturers take up a higher ratio. Optical communication components are an important part of the industrial chain. In particular, optical transceivers are core components for providing bandwidth. Optical transceivers are characterized by being labor-intensive and technology-intensive, with a high ratio of manual labor. Therefore, the cost control of manual labor is particularly important. In this study, linear planning is adopted to establish an optimization model. During the allocation of manpower at production lines, operators at respective workstations are properly allocated by taking skilled operators or novices into account. Provided the capacity meets the purchase order demand, the lowest manual labor costs and the optimal manpower allocation at production lines can be rapidly obtained. This can be effectively provided to managers faced with changes in manpower to flexibly dispatch and allocate manpower for workstations.
