    Abstract: 現今產業經濟的發展趨勢朝去全球化的方向發展,過去選擇有利區位生產再透過全球貿易輸出到目標市場的供應模式,將轉變為在目標市場進行當地製造的在地化或區域化供應模式,但往往高消費亦代表高收入與高成本,在中高端的目標消費市場設廠製造,多數面臨的是高生產成本或是基層勞動力的緊缺,而先進的生產流程(精實生產+工業4.0技術)將對本地生產經濟效益的提升有所助益。自行車產業在政治、經濟、社會、環境等因素的影響下,也開始進行供應鏈佈局調整,有的轉向市場及營運方面考量,有的則仍以成本及獲利方面來做考量。
    本研究匯總探討精實生產與工業4.0相關智能化技術的理論概念與應用,並對自行車產業的市場、產地、技術與製造工藝進行分析,再以巨大集團為案例,探討其在供應鏈佈局、精實生產推動、智能化應用導入與組織協同的實踐方法與成效,最後闡述巨大集團如何以立足精實、智造轉型來快速回應市場需求,並且提升及完善在歐洲在地化短鏈供應的競爭力。;Nowadays, the development trend of industry and economy is toward the direction of de- globalization. The original supply model exported to target market by choosing the profitable production allocation and global trade, will convert to local or regional supply mode which is local production next to the target market. However, high consumption usually represents high income and high production cost. Mostly, there will be high production cost and lack of labor force issues while setting up a factory in the middle-high target market. Therefore, the advanced production process (Lean production + Industry 4.0 technologies) will be helpful to improve the economic benefits localized production. Bicycle industrial were also impacted by political, economic, social, environmental and others issues. The supply chain logistics has began to transfer and change. Some of the bicycle manufacturers consider about the market and operation aspects, and some of them still consider about the production cost and profit aspects.
    This research sorts out the theory, concept and application of lean production and the intelligent technologies related to Industry 4.0. And making the analysis of bicycle industrial, included the market, origin of products, technology and production process…etc. Moreover, Giant group was taken as an example to explore and discuss it’s supply chain logistics, lean production implement, application of Industry 4.0 technology and the collaboration of organization. In the end, it explain that Giant group how to transfer and upgrade to smart production by standing on lean. In advance, it will help to quickly response the request of market and improve the competitiveness of the localization short supply chain in Europe.
