本研究透過個案佐以實務經驗,藉此探討這兩派理論以及“PM”角色。最後 從研究得到結論說明了無非是從哪一個面向,產品策略與專案管理並不能作為獨 立項目切分開來,倘若走在單一分支上都是很容易招致失敗,唯有相互作用才能 推出成功的產品。;As the saying goes, “Failure is the mother of success” . The success is certainly as a goal that everyone aspires to, how to avoid mistakes and stay on the path to success is a common pursuit for every company and person.
Going public with a product recall is definitely not an easy decision to a company. The visible and invisible costs involved may be difficult to estimate.
Product strategy and project management have become the subject of study in recent years. With the rapid development of information technology, a variety of new ideas have sprung up, and the interaction between the two roles has become an issue that is actively explored in both real world and theory.
We can find there are many “PM” vacancies in various industries, which usually refer the duties of “Product Manager” representing product planning and “Project Manager” responsible for project management. In fact, they represent the roles of planning and execution respectively.
The conclusion for this study shows that product strategy and project management cannot be separated as different topics, and we learned that it is easy to fail if you just go in one branch of them. Only by interacting with each other well can lead successful projects be launched.
