    題名: 以系統動力模式評量 TNCUMF 生物處理系統設計與操控方法之發展

    摘要: TNCUMF活性污泥處理系統是透過微生物作用將水中碳、氮、磷去除以達到滿足流水標準之目的,而一般廢水處理系統屬半開放性的系統,外界環境變化皆會影響污水水質特性,進而影響處理效能。因此若無法及時因應水質變化而做出合適的操作控制,將可能導致出流水質惡化。本研究以系統動力學概念分析系統內各項物質與微生物間的關連與作用機制,並探討系統之運作機制及生化反應間的交互作用,以此為基礎發展與建立TNCUMF系統系統動力模式,同時利用環境條件進行模式內微生物反應速率推估,以作為系統動力模式運作之輸入參數並計算系統出流水質。最後將模擬結果與實際出流水質數據比較,確認此系統動力模式具備有效推估該物質濃度的能力。為確認TNCUMF處理系統是否符合TNCUMF原先設計,需蒐集資料評量TNCUMF處理系統是否符合設計之功能;為了發揮TNCUMF處理系統去氮除磷及降解有機物之功能,需要系統中的處理單元發揮其功能;為了使TNCUMF系統及其處理單元發揮功能,需要檢視TNCUMF處理系統及子系統之設計資料,並以本研究建立出的系統動力模式進行評量,以使後續研究能根據評量系統功能、子系統功能檢討找出存在的問題進行結構性修正或改善。預期產出TNCUMF系統及內部子系統之界定結果、TNCUMF系統作用機機制、TNCUMF系統之系統動力模式與TNCUMF系統之評量結果。;The modified TNCUMF activated sludge treatment system removes carbon, nitrogen and phosphorus from water by microbial action to meet the flow standard. Generally, the TNCUMF wastewater treatment system is a semi-open system, and changes in the external environment will affect the water quality characteristics of the sewage, thereby affecting the treatment efficiency. Failure to properly control the water quality in a timely manner may result in deterioration of the outflow water quality. This study uses the concept of system dynamics to analyze the reaction mechanism between various substances and microorganisms in the system, and based on this, develops and establishes the dynamic mode of the aerobic tank and membrane filter system of the modified TNCUMF system. Finally, the simulation results are compared with the actual outflow water quality data to confirm that the system dynamic model has the ability to effectively estimate the concentration of the substance. In order to confirm whether the TNCUMF treatment system complies with the original design of TNCUMF, it is necessary to collect data and evaluate whether the TNCUMF treatment system complies with the designed function; in order to exert the function of the TNCUMF treatment system to remove nitrogen and phosphorus and degrade organic matter, the processing unit in the system needs to perform its function; In order for the TNCUMF system and its processing unit to function, it is necessary to review the design data of the TNCUMF processing system and subsystems, and evaluate the system dynamics based on the system dynamic model established in this study, so that subsequent studies can evaluate the system functions and subsystems Functional review finds out the existing problems to make structural corrections or improvements. The expected output is the definition result of TNCUMF system and internal subsystems, the mechanism of TNCUMF system, the system dynamic mode of TNCUMF system, and the evaluation result of TNCUMF system.
