    Abstract: 軟體專案的最大挑戰在於一方面要應付變動中的需求,同時要在緊縮的時程內完成專案,所以軟體團隊需要設計有效的開發方法,以提高溝通效率,確保團隊發揮最大產能。 本論文探討透過白板面對面溝通的方法,並以兩個實例 (一個用本方法,另一個用Rational Unified Process)來評量本方法。 One of the major challenges of software project is to meet changing requirement in a tight schedule. This needs designing effective development method to improve communication effectiveness in order to maximize output of a development team. This thesis investigates the method of face to face communication at whiteboard. Two case studies are included - one using this method, and the other using the Rational Unified Process – to assess the effectiveness of this method.
