    Abstract: 本計畫目的在研發創成磨齒機如何產生適合之齒面磨削紋理以降低齒輪對嚙合運轉時之振動噪音,除建立研究方法及六軸創成磨齒機理論齒面磨削紋理之模擬程式外,更首次提出應用多體動力學及離散元素法之雙向耦合計算於具微齒面紋理齒輪對之振動噪音評估。本計畫所建立方法及技術,將可大幅提升國內磨齒機之附加價值,並預期可產生具技轉可能之技術。
