    Abstract: 抗生素抗藥性近年來在環境背景含量的大幅提高已對公共衛生品質的維護帶來嚴重威脅,而過去的研究已指出相較於堆肥處理,中/常溫的厭氧消化無法有效降低禽畜糞尿中的抗性基因豐度。由於中/常溫的厭氧消化系統正是國內畜牧場的大宗,本研究將試著闡述:「國內禽畜糞尿厭氧消化所成的沼液沼渣,其抗生素抗藥性是否存有季節性差異?」、「沼液沼渣澆灌於農地後,其抗生素抗藥性在現地土壤的降解率為何?」、「與堆肥相比,兩者所蘊含的抗生素抗藥性在土壤環境的宿命是否有所不同?」、「何種生物炭的施用能有效促進沼液沼渣的抗生素抗藥性在土壤環境的削減?」。本研究的成果預期在實務上可協助現今「沼液沼渣農地肥分使用」政策的改善與延續。
