    摘要: 隨著整體大環境的轉變,因應氣候變遷影響的議題逐漸重要,特別是在節能減碳與淨零碳排的討論上,更為多數國家與企業所關切,相關環境永續議題的投入已逐漸納入公司治理的重要指標之一。個案企業已將SDGs的 17 項永續發展目標納入,且成立永續基金會與建構對應的基金會組織,並將志工的經營與推動做為基金會運作重大項目之一。為了能將志工的經營與推動能夠有架構與系統性地進行,個案公司逐步建立起志工經營體系以期待讓更多的志工一同加入,並能具體實踐永續經營的理念。
    本研究透過問卷方式取樣,並以線上問卷之方式進行收集,調查發放對象為2019 年1 月1 日後至2020 年12 月31 日,於期間內曾參與志工服務且仍在職之同仁,發放數共計 870 人,合計有效問卷共257 份。本研究之主要發現如下:企業志工之服務頻率與志工對企業永續方向的認知皆對志工投入與推薦度有正向且顯著之關係;另外,志工對企業永續方向的認知上,會因為加入志工訓練項目後,而大幅的提升了志工的投入與推薦度。透過上述研究發現可應用於志工管理實務上,特別是企業可持續經營高度服務頻率之志工進而擴大志工人數,亦可持續推廣志工對企業永續方向的認知,並強化志工的訓練項目,皆可提升志工投入與推薦度,進而對整體志工之發展有所助益。;With the transformation of the overall environment, the issue of dealing with the impact of climate change has become increasingly important, especially in the discussion of energy conservation and carbon reduction and net zero carbon emissions, which is more concerned by most countries and enterprises. The case companies have incorporated the 17 sustainable development goals of the SDGs and established a sustainable foundation. In order to carry out the management and promotion of volunteers, the case company has gradually established a volunteer management system and implement the concept of sustainable management.
    This research takes samples through questionnaires and collects them in the form of online questionnaires. The subjects of the survey are from January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2020. During the period, colleagues who have participated in volunteer services and are still working will be distributed. The main findings of this study are as follows: the service frequency of corporate volunteers and the volunteers′ perception of the company′s sustainable direction are both positively and significantly related to volunteer engagement and recommendation. Volunteers′ perception of the company′s sustainable direction since joining the volunteer training program, the volunteers′ engagement and recommendation have been greatly improved. Through the above research findings, it can be applied to volunteer management practice, especially the company can sustainably operate volunteers with high service frequency to expand the number of volunteers. It can also continue to promote volunteers′ awareness of the sustainable direction of the company, and strengthen volunteers′ skills. All training programs can enhance volunteer engagement and recommendation, which in turn contributes to the overall development of volunteers.
