本論文主要在了解過往有關雙元領導、組織認同、敬業精神、組織公民行為文獻資料與其他資源後,藉由問卷調查與統計分析結果來檢視雙元領導對於員工的組織認同、敬業精神、組織公民行為之間的關聯性,最後藉由分析結果進行討論與管理意涵說明。 本研究採用網路問卷形式發放,共收回253份有效問卷,後續採用敘述性統計、相關分析與迴歸分析等統計方法,來分析研究資料。資料分析顯示(1)雙元領導與組織認同有正向的關係;(2)雙元領導與敬業精神有正向的關係;(3)雙元領導與組織公民行為有正向的關係。本研究依據資料分析結果,進行相關的討論及提出本研究的管理意涵,以提供相關產業之領導階層在進行公司內部管理時的參考依據並提出未來研究之建議。 ;This study examines the correlations among ambidextrous leadership, organizational identity, work engagement, and organizational citizenship behavior. Data were collected from the distribution of online questionnaires. A total of 253 valid copies were received. Data were analyzed with correlation analysis and regression analysis. It is found that ambidextrous leadership is positively related to both employee organizational identity and job engagement. Ambidextrous leadership is also positively related to employee organizational citizenship behaviors. Based on the findings, managerial implications and recommendation for future research are thus discussed.
