Abstract:	對社會而言，區塊鏈應用造成了許多對人與環境的影響，但過去大部分的研究只說明這些現象，有關這些影響的衡量與管理方式則較少討論，如果有的話，其方法亦缺乏系統性與國際標準的接軌，本計畫將可以有助於公司與政府進行影響力的衡量與管理。影響力衡量與管理也是聯合國永續發展目標的重要議題，本計畫也有助於區塊鏈計畫應用本研究提出的方法，提升對社會、環境、與經濟的正向影響。對學術發展而言，本計畫會是第一個整合SROI、IRIS+與IMP 方法來衡量區塊鏈計畫影響力的研究，以標準化量化區塊鏈計畫的影響力衡量與管理。
