Abstract:	本計畫以語言平等及語言權利，探討客語、原住民族語、馬祖語等少數族群之國家語言政策，預期影響性為：（1）社會文化：國家語言政策所建構的固有族群之語言權利，形塑出臺灣社會的語言多樣性及多元文化；（2）經濟：國家語言政策之實施，衍生出廣大的語言產業，如語言認證、師資培育、語言教材、口譯、文字標準化等；（3）學術發展：以鏈結語言政策與族群關係，發展出學術性的「少數族群語言政策治理」理論。語言平等實已具有基本人權的性質，少數族群語言權利保障彰顯了政府「落實人權維護、走入國際社會」施政主軸，且臺灣國家語言政策為新興政策領域，惟上開三個面向的發展，尚待學術研究進一步提供厚實的論述基礎，本計畫可為此做出貢獻。
