    Abstract: 本計畫為了在能源使用效率上能夠達成高均勻且高效率的目標,開發一種創新旋轉式高均勻LED型平行曝光機,藉由其光源的旋轉結構可以提升其照度及曝光劑量的均勻度,並且擬定開發光學演算程式,針對不同的運動方式、光源的排列以及光源的功率等等因素,分析出較適當的建議解,並且分析光衰現象下對於曝光劑量的均勻度差異,最後進行初步的試製並驗證是否符合計畫目標。
