    摘要: 近年來許多城市建設發展已轉為解決民眾需求、在地問題為主,各項發展內涵包含交通、醫療、教育、安全、建設、環保等面向,尤其以交通、健康等物網應用全球共通性關注議題。為推動國內各都市能更為智慧化,並藉由推動過程以提升公共運輸服務品質,進而發展自駕車產業在我國未來發展之可能性。
      本研究對象為桃園市青埔地區示範自駕巴士營運為例,引進「自動駕駛電動車」於封閉及開放場域進行路上測試並進行比對,進而評估運行場域的適用性及各項營運條件,並評估此運輸系統在營運場域與商業發展上面臨之問題與因應方案。
      以桃園市作為運行環境,並使用大眾運輸之巴士作為進行服務驗證,透過設計公車停靠、營運計畫、乘客上下車等情境,模擬大眾運輸接駁之情境。測試場域更導入車聯網技術,規劃設置智慧號誌、智慧路側標誌等基礎設施,提出通過混合車流路口的技術解決方案。
      針對各國發展自駕車案例可歸納得到三個重要關鍵:1.合適的測試環境、2.可線性驅動之載體(可透過訊號控制之車輛)、3.人工智慧解決方案。藉由本計畫調查結果可加速推動自駕車對於公共運輸之服務,從實際測試自動駕駛經驗出發,驗證自動駕駛車輛軟硬體系統及道路運轉安全性外,未來亦能應用於軌道運輸延伸接駁以及偏鄉地區基本民行服務,作為補足公共運輸服務網絡之一環。
    ;In recent years, the construction and development of many cities has turned to solving the needs of the people and local issues with development on aspects such as such as transportation, medical care, education, safety, construction, environmental protection, and particularly focus on global IoT application issues such as transportation and health. As domestic cities become smarter and improve the quality of public transportation services throughout the process, the future development of our country′s self-driving car industry is possible.
      The subject of this study is the demonstration of self-driving bus operations in the Qingpu area of Taoyuan City as its example, and introduced “self-driving electric vehicles” to carry out road testing and comparisons in closed and open areas, and evaluate the applicability of the operation area and various operating conditions. An evaluation is also carried out to explore the issues and solutions faced by this transportation system in the field of operation and commercial development.
      Looking at Taoyuan City as the operating environment, public transportation buses were used to verify the services, the design of the bus stops, operation plans, and pick-up and drop-off of passengers to simulate public transportation. The testing site also introduced the Internet of Vehicles technology and planned to set up infrastructures such as smart traffic lights and smart roadside signs, and also proposed technical solutions for approving hybrid vehicle traffic intersections.
      Based on the development of self-driving cars in various countries, it can be summed up into three important key points: 1. A suitable testing environment, 2. A carrier that can be driven linearly (a vehicle that can be controlled by signals), and 3. Artificial intelligence solutions. The survey results of this project can accelerate the promotion of self-driving vehicles for public transportation, starting with the actual testing experiences, then verifying the software and hardware systems of self-driving vehicles and the safety of road operation. In the future, it can also be applied to extended shuttles in railway transportation as well as social welfare services in rural areas as part of the supplementary public transportation services network.
