本研究目的為衡量醫院供給面與民眾需求面變數對兩種自付差額醫材使用率與收費價格的影響。被解釋變數擷取自民國111年4月醫材比價網上，冠狀動脈塗藥支架與特殊材質人工髖關節各醫院的使用率與各醫院的收費價格；解釋變數中，醫院供給面的資料擷取自衛福部院所每月申報點數揭露，而民眾需求面的資料則是擷取自公開網路資料平台，並以一般最小平方法與固定效果模型估計實證結果。 本研究由實證結果中可以得知，供給面變數與需求面變數都對自付差額醫材的使用率與收費價格有顯著的影響，故影響自付差額醫材使用率與收費價格的因素不可被忽視。 ;This study aims to measure the impact of hospital supply and demand variables on the utilization rate and price of two types of out-of-pocket medical devices. The hospital utilization rate and price of Coronary Artery Drug-Eluting Stents and Artificial Hip Joints are used as dependent variables from the out-of-pocket medical device price comparison website in April 2022. On the other hand, the independent variables are hospital supply and public demand from the National Health Insurance Administration website and Open Data platform, respectively. Finally, the ordinary least squares method and fixed effect model are applied to estimate the empirical results. The empirical results reveal that hospital supply and demand variables significantly impact the utilization rate and price of out-of-pocket medical devices. Therefore, reasons that affect the utilization rate and price of out-of-pocket medical devices should not be neglected.
