    Abstract: 近年來,車子的數量逐年攀升,常常造成會道路壅塞,甚至使交
    通事故日益增加,此時能夠即時更新路況以及安全警示的車載隨意網
    路(Vehicular Ad-Hoc Network,縮寫為 VANET)重要性也就日益增
    加。
    車載隨意行動網路(VANET)是具有高度移動性拓樸的網路,允許彼
    此距離再 100 到 300 公尺的汽車,連接形成一個大範圍的網路,而車
    輛也因為速度相較於行動隨意網路(Mobile Ad-Hoc Network,MANET)
    快上許多常常會造成斷線,因此像這種車對車(V2V)與車對基礎設施
    架構(V2I)為主的網絡,更需要有穩定度高且低延遲的網路。
    而現存的路由演算法中,多數僅以路徑或是僅以距離為主要考
    量,因此本篇論文透過層級分析法利用多種屬性的性質來套用在叢集
    式路由演算法中以選取較有能力的叢集頭(Cluster head)來達到穩定及
    低延遲的車載網路。;In recent years, the number of vehicles is increasing year by year, often
    causing road congestion and even increasing traffic accidents, and at this
    time, the importance of Vehicular Ad-Hoc Network (VANET), which can
    update road conditions and safety warnings in real time, is increasing day
    by day.
    Vehicular Ad-Hoc Network (VANET) is a highly mobile topology
    network that allows vehicles to be connected 100 to 300 meters away from
    each other to form a wide range of networks, and the speed of vehicles is
    much faster than that of Mobile Ad-Hoc Network (MANET) which often
    causes disconnection. Therefore, such a vehicle-to-vehicle (V2V) and
    vehicle-to-infrastructure (V2I) based network requires a highly stable and
    low latency network.
    However, most of the existing routing algorithms are based on the path
    or distance only. Therefore, this paper uses the Analytic Hierarchical
    Process to apply the properties of multiple attributes in the cluster routing
    algorithm to select the more capable cluster head to achieve a stable and
    low-latency vehicular network.
