    Abstract: 本研究延續先前不鏽鋼擴散接合實驗,並新增不鏽鋼430與鋁合金6061來進行擴散接合之實驗,研究不同材質之擴散焊接合參數,例如:溫度(Temperature)、施加壓力(Pressure)及時間(Time)。當擴散接合完成後,先探討不同的擴散接合參數所造成的壓縮量大小,嘗試找出影響擴散接合後壓縮率的關鍵參數。再來進行拉伸試驗確認接合面的接合強度,更新增了接合面與拉力方向平行之試片與剪力試片來探討鈑片之間的徑向受力程度。進行拉伸試片後求得各種擴散接合試塊的最大拉伸應力值(Max Stress),與伸長率(Percentage of Elongation),並將母材料進行相同的拉伸實驗後與擴散接合試片進行機械性質的比較,得以各擴散接合試片的接合強度,用以判斷擴散接合的最佳結合參數。;This study continues the previous stainless steel diffusion bonding experiment, adding stainless steel 430 and aluminum alloy 6061 to perform the diffusion bonding experiment to study the diffusion bonding parameters of various materials such as temperature, pressure and time. After the diffusion bonding is complete, we will first discuss the amount of compression caused by the various diffusion bonding parameters and try to find important parameters that affect the compressibility after diffusion bonding. Next, a tensile test was carried out to confirm the joint strength of the joint surface, and a shear force test piece in which the test piece and the joint surface were parallel to the tensile force direction was added, and the radial force between the sheets was examined. After stretching the test pieces, the maximum tensile stress (maximum stress) and elongation (elongation rate) of various diffusion bond test pieces were obtained. Optimal bonding ratio for diffusion bonding using the bonding strength of the diffusion bonding test piece by comparing the properties.
