Abstract:	新創公司尋求成長過程中創辦人如何在價值創造與權力控制間尋求配適，本研究擬追蹤搜集台灣新創公司商工登記資料並進行分析探討前述議題。本計畫可在文獻整理、實證架構設計、資料收集整理與討論深度上產生綜效。研究成果將分別撰寫成學術論文,並投稿於國際研討會及優質期刊。除學術貢獻外，研究成果亦能提供豐富政策意涵。
