    Abstract: 本計畫目的為發展觀測與模擬方法藉以自然為本的解方(Nature-based Solution (NbS)提升農村因應高溫旱澇危害之韌性,並評估高溫旱澇危害改變水稻產量對進出口量、碳排放量、國民所需營養等之影響。本研究創新連結減碳、糧食安全、經濟貿易等面向,也提供各類農牧土地利用面積可能受影響之具體時變性結論,有利後續評估各土地利用對應之生態系強健性,符合NbS有益生態多樣性之精神;研究成果可提供國家NbS研究、水利署「逕流分擔」、農委會「在地滯洪」補助、糧食安全與減碳建議。
