Abstract:	本計畫主要研究源自於醫學影像處理裡強度非均勻圖像的分割問題，屬於數學影像處理的分析與計算研究。圖像分割在連接初階影像處理與高階影像理解和計算機視覺扮演關鍵角色，我們預期能開發出具有高效率的自適應強度聚類模型與快速計算方法，大幅提升強度非均勻圖像的分割效能，計畫的成果除了可以在醫學影像處理實務上具有廣泛的應用外，對數學影像處理與分析問題的學術發展亦將有相當大的助益。
