    摘要: 高階主管的服裝與配件選擇及展現已不僅僅是個人風格的體現,更成為一種領導風範的象徵,但如何的穿著搭配對員工、下屬來說是具有領導力、自信、可以信賴又不失專業?本研究旨在深入探討高階主管的服裝與配件,以及這些外在元素如何對管理職能特質的知覺產生影響。
    本研究以三種實驗架構各別以不同的上身、下身搭配以及配件,對在職人士做研究調查,而產生下列研究目的:
    1.探討上身類型、外套款式、公事包款式對於高階主管職能特質之知覺影響。
    2.探討領帶樣式、手錶顯眼度、髮色對於高階主管職能特質之知覺影響。
    3.探討下身類型、鞋款、皮帶款式對於高階主管職能特質之知覺影響。

    本研究採以實驗法,由樣本親自填寫紙本實體問卷而獲得樣本資料,以下為本研究主要研究結果:
    1.上身穿著襯衫搭配西裝外套及西裝褲的搭配更能有效地發揮高階主管的領導影響力,而若有需要強調專業性,可以再搭配手提公事包。
    2.領帶樣式對高階主管的職能特質影響有限,但低調的手錶配戴和黑髮造型卻對職能特質產生顯著影響,顯示出配件的選擇比服飾更加影響高階主管形象,特別是手錶的佩戴。
    3.下身著西裝褲和穿著皮鞋能夠使高階主管在執行力、領導力、專業度、決斷力等方面被知覺更為優秀,若同時搭配素色皮帶,有助於強調領導力和執行力。
    ;The choice of clothing and accessories for senior executives is not only a manifestation of personal style, but also a symbol of leadership style, but how to dress in a way that shows leadership, confident, and professional to employees and subordinates? This study aims to examine the clothing and accessories of senior executives and how these external elements affect perceptions of managerial attributes.
    Three experiments were used to investigate the research purposes below:
    1.To investigate the perceptual effects of upper body type, jacket style, and briefcase style on the functional attributes of senior executives.
    2.To investigate the perceptual effects of tie style, watch conspicuousness, and hair color on the functional attributes of senior executives.
    3.To investigate the perceptual effects of lower body type, shoe style, and belt style on the functional attributes of senior executives.
    This study adopts the experimental method to obtain the data from the samples by completing the paper-based questionnaire, and the following are the main findings of this study:
    1.Wearing a shirt with suit jacket and suit trousers is more effective in maximizing the leadership influence of senior executives, and if there is a need to emphasize professionalism, it can be combined with a briefcase.
    2.Tie style has a limited impact on the executive′s functional attributes, but a low-key watch and brunette hairstyle have a significant impact on functional attributes, suggesting that the choice of accessories has a greater impact on the executive′s image than his or her clothing, especially the wear of a watch.
    3.Wearing suit trousers and leather shoes underneath can make executives perceived as better in terms of execution, leadership, professionalism, and decision-making, and if paired with a plain leather belt at the same time, it can help emphasize leadership and execution.
