Abstract:	本研究分析政策性勞工紓困貸款逾期放款的決定因素；以2020年COVID-19疫情期間，由勞動部推出首次勞工紓困貸款為研究，採用國內A銀行B分行之151件勞工紓困貸款資料為樣本。實證結果顯示借戶特徵中之年齡、評分對核貸與否具有負相關，另與有信用瑕疵呈現正相關；此外發現年齡越長、學歷高中、無扶養子女、職業如屬受疫情影響產業、沒有信用卡及使用信用卡循環對於逾期放款皆呈現正相關。;This study analyzed the determinants of late disbursement of policy-based labor relief loans. The study was conducted during the COVID-19 epidemic in 2020, when the first labor relief loan was launched by the Ministry of Labor, using a sample of 151 labor relief loans from Branch B of Bank A in Taiwan. The empirical results showed that age and score were negatively correlated with loan underwriting, and were currently correlated with credit blemishes; in addition, older age, high school education, no dependent children, occupation in an industry affected by the epidemic, no credit card, and credit card cycle were all found to be correlated with late lending.
