隨著科技的快速發展，音樂產業在過去幾年中經歷了顯著的變革，從唱片時代和音樂下載時代，現今大多數的聽眾主要都變成使用音樂平台來收聽音樂。不過，音樂產業在利潤分配方面，不公平和不透明的問題仍然存在。原以為在網路時代來臨，音樂創作者的創作處境勢必會隨者大環境漸入佳境並在分潤上獲得相對改善，但事實似乎不然。所以，我們需要探索更有效的解決策略，為音樂產業分潤問題帶來創新的可能性。 面對此情況，本研究實作過去學者提出的區塊鏈概念模型，實現了一種基於智能合約和區塊鏈技術的音樂分潤模型，專注於解決分潤問題。透過將分潤演算法整合至智能合約之中，進而實現利潤分配的公平性和透明度。透過智能合約的設計和部署，音樂創作者能夠訂出音樂作品中每個參與者的貢獻度，透過演算法將貢獻度得出對應的分潤比例，而最終所有參與者則可按照比例獲得相應的分潤。 本研究提出的音樂分潤架構，其目的是促進音樂產業的創新，也透過合約及演算法的設計，盼為音樂產業提供了更為完整的分潤解決方案，而區塊鏈技術在音樂產業中仍有巨大的潛力和前景，也期待進一步推動音樂產業的發展和進步。 ;With technology advancing rapidly, the music industry has transitioned from the era of physical records and downloads to the digital age, dominated by digital platforms. However, problems related to the fairness and transparency of profit distribution persist. Despite initial hopes that the digital age would improve conditions for music creators, particularly in terms of profit sharing, these expectations have not been met. Thus, it′s crucial to explore more effective strategies for innovating revenue sharing in the music industry. In response to this, our study puts into practice a blockchain model proposed by previous scholars and establishes a music revenue sharing system based on smart contracts and blockchain technology. We aim to ensure fairness and transparency in profit distribution by incorporating a revenue-sharing algorithm into the smart contracts. Through these contracts, music creators can specify each participant′s contribution, which then determines the corresponding revenue-sharing ratio, ensuring equitable profit distribution. We aim to harness the potential of blockchain technology by providing a comprehensive solution for revenue sharing. We expect that this approach will introduce diverse business models, further advancing the development and progress of the music industry.
