Abstract:	本計畫針對長期由國外廠商獨佔的濕式研磨漿料，進行新型配方的開發與其相關機制的研究，目標在打破被長期壟斷的半導體前段研磨漿料市場。此舉將能降低台灣半導體產業的風險，以及針對未來先進製程的不同材料提前做準備，如此方能確保台灣的半導體產業能持續在全球保持領先地位。
