Abstract:	本計畫預計建置一套蛋白質後轉譯修飾自動探測平台，讓使用者在進行資料庫搜尋時無須煩惱後轉譯修飾子參數設定問題。我們期盼此平台能增進後轉譯修飾蛋白質的鑑定準確性，以利後續生物標記(biomarker)的研究。
