Abstract:	本子計畫從國家法律建置的「原住民族地區」、「客家文化重點發展區」出發，探討族群行政區與族群孤島交錯下的客家人及原住民之互動，預期影響性為：（1）人文：從「族群先於人造法存在的自然事實」，跳脫人造法（憲法及法律）限制，構建族群孤島之發展策略；（2）社會：以跨族群研究視野，反思客家人及原住民權利，並承襲憲法法庭2022年憲判字第4號判決，關注少數族群成員對更大社會權利之「外部保障」；（2）經濟：族群孤島之語言、文化復振，衍生出相關語言、文化產業經濟，如師資培育、語言教材、口譯等；（3）學術發展：引介安大略法語孤島、原住民族孤島，及蘇格蘭蓋爾語孤島之研究與政策實作，補足臺灣族群研究及族群政策之鏬隙。
