    摘要: 本論文主要的目的為研製一款高效率的通訊設備電源模組,擁有高效率及高功率密度的體積的優勢,透過模組化設計,可縮短整體系統體積及開發時程,對於小型通訊基站架設可帶來更好的便利性。
    本論文的系統架構,由兩級電路所組成包含第一級的功率因數修正電路,第二級的相移式全橋轉換電路。交錯式升壓型功率因數修正電路採用Texas Instruments公司所生產之型號UCC28070A控制晶片,輸入電壓範圍為90~264VAC,利用雙相交錯技術達到功率因數修正的目的,輸出390VDC直流電壓至相移式全橋轉換電路。相移式全橋轉換電路採用Texas Instruments公司所生產之型號UCC28950控制晶片,利用相移技術達到零電壓切換之柔性技術及同步整流技術,可有效降低損失,進而提升整機效率。
    最後實驗結果可驗證本論文所研製之電源模組,於交流穩壓電源的輸入交流電壓90~264VAC,功率因數修正電路輸出為390VDC,相移式全橋轉換器輸出為48VDC,且最大輸出功率為1.6kW,而230VAC輸入時在滿載的條件下整體效率為94.7%,高效率通訊設備電源模組得以驗證。
    ;The main purpose of this paper is to develop a high-efficiency communication equipment power module, which has the advantages of high efficiency and high power density. Through modular design, the overall system volume and development time can be shortened. For small communications Base station erection can bring better convenience.
    The system architecture of this paper is composed of two-stage circuits, including the first-stage power factor correction circuit and the second-stage phase-shifted full-bridge conversion circuit. The interleaved boost power factor correction circuit uses the model UCC28070A control chip produced by Texas Instruments. The input voltage range is 90~264VAC. It uses two-phase interleaved technology to achieve the purpose of power factor correction and outputs 390VDC DC voltage to a phase-shifted full Bridge conversion circuit. The phase-shifted full-bridge conversion circuit uses the model UCC28950 control chip produced by Texas Instruments. It uses phase-shift technology to achieve zero-voltage switching, flexible technology and synchronous rectification technology, which can effectively reduce losses and improve the efficiency of the entire machine.
    The final experimental results can verify that the power module developed in this paper has an input AC voltage of 90~264VAC in the AC regulated power supply, the output of the power factor correction circuit is 390VDC, the output of the phase-shifted full-bridge converter is 48VDC, and the maximum output power It is 1.6kW, and the overall efficiency under full load conditions is 94.7% when inputting 230VAC. The high-efficiency communication power module has been verified.
