    摘要: 西元2016年,桃園開始策劃應用循環經濟材料,並配合經濟部於龍潭區高原路桃68-1線辦理首次鋪設氧化碴道路。西元2018年訂定桃園市政府再生再利用材料應用策略,擬定瀝青混凝土刨除料、焚化再生粒料、氧化碴於道路斷面使用。隔年建立「桃園市循環經濟管理平台系統」,整合各機關、區公所、設計、監造、施工、管線、再生再利用粒料相關單位,欲促進完善循環產業鏈與落實循環材料應用之目的。
    本研究旨在針對刨除料、焚化再生粒料、氧化碴等建立從再生資源源頭品質管理、再利用流向管制申報模式,以系統化整合再生材料的使用資訊和技術規範,提供再生材料的應用案例和最佳實踐,推動其在道路工程中的廣泛應用。
    ;In 2016, the central government promoted the initiatives of "industrialization of the circular economy" and "circularization of industries" as key driving forces. This was achieved by assisting key industries (such as metal and petrochemical material industries) in developing innovative material technologies and promoting the high-value utilization of recycled resources. Taoyuan also began planning the application of circular economy materials and collaborated with the Ministry of Economic Affairs to pave the first oxidized slag road on Route Taoyuan 68-1 (Gaoyuan Road in Longtan District).
    In 2018, the Taoyuan City Government formulated a strategy for the application of recycled and reusable materials, which included the use of asphalt concrete milling materials, incinerated recycled aggregates, and oxidized slag in road sections. The following year, the "Taoyuan City Circular Economy Management Platform System" was established. This platform integrates various entities, including government agencies, district offices, design, supervision, construction, utilities, and recycled material units, to promote a complete circular industrial chain and implement the application of circular materials.
    This research aims to establish a quality management system for recycled resources, control the flow and reporting mode of reused materials, and systematically integrate information and technical specifications for the use of recycled materials such as milling materials, incinerated recycled aggregates, and oxidized slag. The goal is to provide application cases and best practices for recycled materials, promoting their widespread use in road engineering.
