    Abstract: 本研究探討Garmin公司如何利用部份製程外包與多項採購策略來優化其供應鏈管理,以提升供應鏈的彈性與適應能力。隨著全球經濟環境的劇烈變動,如Covid-19疫情衝擊、通貨膨脹、地緣政治動盪,企業需具備更強的供應鏈韌性以應對市場快速變化,個案公司將部分低技術門檻或需高度專業技術的製程外包給第三方供應商再加上多項採購策略,達到降低成本、提升效率及增加供應鏈靈活性的目的。分析結果顯示個案公司的外包與採購策略,有效應對供應鏈中斷風險及成本上升挑戰。例如,外包部分製程給技術專業的外包供應商,不僅降低生產成本,獲取市場新技術,還可提升產品品質及快速交貨,且外包與採購策略使個案公司能夠更靈活的調配企業資源,迅速應對市場需求變化,提高整體經營績效。個案公司在選擇外包供應商時,嚴格評估其技術能力、品質管理及快速交貨能力,確保合作夥伴能夠達到嚴格的要求標準,並持續評估供應商相關能力,保持供應鏈的穩定性和可靠性。另外,加強供應鏈各個環節的透明度與協同效率,使其能及時監控和調整供應鏈運作,迅速應對中斷事件。外包策略對供應鏈彈性與韌性的優化有著顯著效果,而成功的外包管理需依賴於供應商的選擇與持續合作管理,研究結果不僅為個案公司提供了實務上的參考,也為其他企業在供應鏈管理中採取外包與採購策略提供借鑒。;This study explores how Garmin optimizes its supply chain management through partial process outsourcing and various procurement strategies to enhance supply chain flexibility and adaptability. With the dramatic changes in the global economic environment, such as the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, inflation, and geopolitical turmoil, companies need stronger supply chain resilience to cope with rapid market changes. The case company achieves cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and increased supply chain flexibility by outsourcing some low-tech or highly specialized processes to third-party suppliers and implementing multiple procurement strategies. The study results show that the case company′s outsourcing and procurement strategies effectively address supply chain disruption risks and cost escalation challenges. For example, outsourcing certain processes to technically specialized suppliers not only reduces production costs and acquires new market technologies but also improves product quality and speeds up delivery. Additionally, these strategies allow the case company to allocate resources more flexibly and quickly respond to market demand changes, thereby enhancing overall operational performance. The research found that when selecting outsourcing suppliers, the case company strictly evaluates their technical capabilities, quality management, and fast delivery capabilities to ensure that partners meet stringent standards. Continuous evaluation of supplier capabilities is maintained to ensure the stability and reliability of the supply chain. Moreover, enhancing transparency and collaborative efficiency in various supply chain stages allows timely monitoring and adjustment of supply chain operations to swiftly respond to disruptions. The outsourcing strategy significantly optimizes supply chain flexibility and resilience. Successful outsourcing management relies on the selection of suppliers and continuous partnership management. The findings provide practical references for the case company and offer insights for other companies adopting outsourcing and procurement strategies in supply chain management.
