    題名: 台灣塑膠模具與射出成型產業關鍵成功因素之探討─以E公司為例

    摘要: 隨著環境迅速發展,塑膠模具與射出成型產業面臨著智慧化轉型的重大挑戰,其中包括提升智慧化、耐用性和精密度,以及技術人才斷層等問題。如何克服這些困境,迅速調整策略,獲得競爭優勢,並實現永續經營的目標,是一個值得深入探討的議題,也是本研究的動機所在。本研究旨在探討塑膠模具與射出成型產業的現況及未來發展趨勢,同時分析產業環境與個案公司的經營管理,並透過SWOT分析探討內外部優劣勢、機會與威脅,以及轉型策略的執行成效,最終歸納出個案公司的關鍵成功因素及未來發展策略。
    本研究採用個案研究法,包括文獻彙整與高階經營者訪談,再進行資料分析推論,並以SWOT分析探討個案公司內部優勢與劣勢、外部機會及威脅,再進行轉型策略分析,並進一步歸納出個案公司的關鍵成功因素。本研究針對個案公司所歸納出之關鍵成功因素,包括:(1) 經營者具備敏銳的市場洞察力,成為先驅者;(2) 以顧客為導向,贏得客戶信任,提升訂單量;(3) 積極導入AI,並大量融入AI技術於銷售額;(4) 誠信經營,建立雙方信任;(5) 建立策略合作夥伴,開啟彼此長久雙贏發展。
    個案公司的發展路程不易,尤其因應近年來市場變化迅速,產業競爭激烈,如何持續保有競爭優勢值得深入研究。本研究整理下列結論,包括:(1) 落實顧客導向與誠信經營之理念;(2) 提供專業整合塑膠成型服務,專注於專業設計與透明件製造;(3) 積極對外進行策略合作,並提供高附加價值的產品。本研究針對個案E公司提出下列建議,包括:(1) 持續創新與提升公司核心價值;(2) 進行人才培養與建立育才方案;(3) 持續積極拓展與設廠。
    然本研究恐受質性研究之限制而產生偏差,研究結論較難概化。建議未來宜採量化研究。另外,建議進行長期性且縱貫性的研究,專注於對塑膠模具與射出成型產業進行較長時間的觀察和資料蒐集,再進行深入的比較和分析,以及探討各個時間點的差異,使研究結果更加全面與完善。;With the rapid development of the environment, the plastic mold and injection molding industry is facing significant challenges in transitioning towards intelligence, including enhancing intelligence, durability, and precision, as well as addressing issues such as talent gaps. Overcoming these challenges, swiftly adjusting strategies to gain competitive advantages, and achieving the goal of sustainable operation are worthy topics for in-depth exploration and the motivation behind this study. This research aims to explore the current situation and future development trends of the plastic mold and injection molding industry, analyze the industry environment and the operational management of the case company, and conduct SWOT analysis to explore internal and external strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, as well as the effectiveness of transformation strategies, ultimately summarizing the key success factors and future development strategies of the case company.
    This study adopts a case study approach, including literature review and interviews with senior management, followed by data analysis and inference, and utilizes SWOT analysis to explore the internal strengths and weaknesses, external opportunities and threats of the case company, followed by transformation strategy analysis, and further summarizes the key success factors of the case company. The key success factors identified for the case company in this study include: (1) Management possessing keen market insights, acting as pioneers; (2) To be customer-centric, win customer trust, and increase order volume; (3) Actively adopt AI and integrate AI technologies extensively into sales revenue; (4) Establishment of strategic partnerships; (5) Establish strategic partnerships to initiate mutually beneficial long-term development.
    The developmental journey of the case company is challenging, especially given the rapid market changes and intense industry competition in recent years, warranting in-depth research on how to sustain competitive advantages. The conclusions drawn from this study include: (1) Implementing customer-oriented and integrity-based principles; (2) Providing professional integrated plastic molding services, focusing on professional design and transparent component manufacturing; (3) Actively engaging in strategic partnerships externally and offering high-value-added products. Recommendations for case Company E include: (1) Continuously innovate and enhance the core values of the company; (2) Implement talent development and establish talent nurturing programs; (3) Persistently expand and establish manufacturing facilities.
    However, this study may be subject to bias due to the limitations of qualitative research, making generalization of research conclusions difficult. It is recommended that future research adopts quantitative methods. Additionally, longitudinal and cross-sectional studies focusing on observing and collecting data on the plastic mold and injection molding industry over longer periods are suggested, followed by in-depth comparisons and analyses to explore differences at various points in time, thus making research results more comprehensive and robust.
