我國在印刷電路板總產值與總產量位居全球第一,市占率高於三成三以上,但是在國產自製製程生產設備總市值不到二成,雷射加工屬性之設備更是個位數。今日5G時代到來和AI人工智慧應用的興起,技術發展趨勢持績走向細線化、高頻高速、導熱結構、先進封裝、循環經濟等熱門議題,將推進印刷電路板產業必須進行製程工藝升級,購入更高端更精密設備進行生產,其乾式雷射加工製程設備愈來愈普及,已是未來市場主流。 本研究採取經濟學的「結構—行為—績效」 (Structure-Conduct-Performance, S-C-P) 架構理論,收集市場資料分析台灣印刷電路板電射加工產業之市場結構、廠商行為與產業績效,以及發展現況。同時對印刷電路板雷射加工產業未來走向進行分析,並協助產業廠商做出適當決策和完善規劃。 從研究結果發現印刷電路板電射加工產業屬於高度寡占、高度集中競爭市場,台灣供應商主要提供印刷電路板廠低階雷射加工設備,較少產品差異性。需轉向高階雷射加工設備,廠商進入門檻雖然高,但是市場需求廣大,毛利高,需要持續投資累積技術能力。在廠商行為方面,領導廠家有很強的定價能力,其價格波動主要原因是市場供需失衡,而廠商的銷售策略和產品開發方向,對公司業績成長與獲利有直接關係,公司採取併購與策略聯盟也是廠家追求市場擴張的重要手段之一。在經營績效方面,透過併購取得技術及銷售通路,為獲利快速成長的重要因素。本研究給台灣雷射加工相關廠家建議,可藉由深耕技術、緊密與板廠共同開發、邁向卓越結合生產自動化、提供完整售後服務,建立良好公司體質及市場競爭力,推動台灣印刷電路板雷射加工產業從競爭中成長永續。;This study adopts the Structure Conduct Performance (S-C-P) framework theory of economics to collect market data and analyze the market structure, manufacturer behavior, and industry performance of Taiwan′s printed circuit board (PCB) electro deposition processing industry, as well as its current development status. Analyzing the future direction of the PCB laser processing industry can assist industry manufacturers in making appropriate decisions and improving planning. We found that the PCB electroplating processing industry belongs to a highly oligopolistic and highly competitive market. Taiwanese suppliers mainly provide low-end laser processing equipment for PCB factories, with limited product differentiation. We need to shift towards advanced laser processing equipment. Although the threshold for manufacturers to enter is high, the market demand is vast and the gross profit is high, requiring continuous investment to accumulate technical capabilities. In terms of manufacturer behavior, leading manufacturers have strong pricing ability, and the main reason for price fluctuations is the mismatch between market supply and demand. The sales strategy and product development of manufacturers are directly related to the growth and profitability of the company′s performance. The company′s adoption of mergers and acquisitions and strategic alliances is also an important means for manufacturers to pursue market expansion. In terms of business performance, acquiring technology and sales channels through mergers and acquisitions is an important factor for rapid profit growth. This study provides suggestions for laser processing related manufacturers in Taiwan to establish a good corporate structure and market competitiveness by deepening their technology, closely collaborating with board factories to develop, striving for excellence in production automation, and providing complete after-sales services, promote the sustainable growth of Taiwan′s printed circuit board laser processing industry from competition.
