    Abstract: 本論文提出利用石英基板製程之 100GHz 縮小化雙極化貼片天線陣列設計。在設計中,使用在天線表面切割槽孔之方法延伸電流路徑縮小天線,耦合槽孔透過 T 型的擺放使兩饋入端有優異的隔離度,用製程做(高頻)天線設計或許會有諸多的問題需一一克服,若遇到基板相對厚且無法調整導致貼片天線基本模態無法順利激發時,本論文提供了一有效的方案。
    最終經由天線縮小,單一天線尺寸由 1.85 mm*1.85 mm 縮小至 1.4 mm* 1.4 mm(減少43%的面積),經由量測驗證單一天線在 100GHz 之增益表現 X 與 Y 極化之模擬與量測分別為(6.91 , 6.96) dBi 與 (6.72 , 6.43) dBi ;在目標頻段內之增益表現,X 與 Y 極化之模擬與量測各自有優於 (4.87 , 4.73) dBi 與 (4.36 , 5) dBi,天線陣列在 100GHz之增益表現 X 與 Y 極化之模擬與量測分別為(9.14 , 9.52) dBi 與 (8.41 , 8.62) dBi ;在目標頻段內之增益表現,X 與 Y 極化之模擬與量測各自有優於 (7.26 , 7.69) dBi 與 (6.37 , 5.83) dBi;The design of 100 GHz dual-polarization antenna array of miniaturized patch antenna on Quartz substrates is presented in the thesis. The method involves cutting slots on the antenna surface to extend the current path, thereby reducing the antenna size. A T-shaped arrangement is used on coupling slots to achieve excellent isolation between the two feed points. Designing high-frequency antennas using this process may encounter various challenges that need to be addressed. If the substrate is relatively thick and cannot be adjusted, leading to the ineffective excitation of the foundmental mode in patch antenna, this thesis offers an effective
    solution.
    By miniaturizing the antenna, the size of a single antenna is reduced from 1.85 mm * 1.85 mm to 1.4 mm * 1.4 mm (with 43% reduction in area). Measurement verification shows
    that the gain performance of a single antenna at 100 GHz for x- and y- polarizations is (6.91, 6.96) dBi and (6.72, 6.43) dBi in simulation and measurement, respectively. Within the target frequency band, the gain performance for x- and y- polarizations is better than (4.87, 4.73)dBi and (4.36, 5) dBi, respectively, in simulation and measurement. The gain performance of the antenna array at 100 GHz for x- and y- polarizations is (9.14, 9.52) dBi and (8.41, 8.62)dBi in simulation and measurement, respectively. Within the target frequency band, the gain performance for x- and y- polarizations is better than (7.26, 7.69) dBi and (6.37, 5.83) dBi,respectively, in simulation and measurement.
