排班是一種資源分配的結果，它能將所有產能及整體規劃的結果，如設施、人力及空間分配到各項所需之工作、活動上，並調和效率、服務等目標，以求一個適當之平衡。 但在許多行業中，排班作業一直是人力資源經理頭痛的問題，員工每月的排班系統往往占據了人資經理大量的時間，而且為保證排班作業公平、公正性，人力資源經理需要花大量時間進行人工排班、調解、核對，算出員工當月份排班表、出勤狀況、出勤時間等資料。 本研究是利用互動式的網頁技術，使用PHP物件模式與MySQL所發展的資料庫管理系統，來操作與管理資料庫的程式設計，結合運用整數數學規劃演算法設計電腦排班程式，建立設計符合一個公平、合理、人性化的排班系統，以滿足各部門之服務業人員排班表。Scheduling of employee work is one of the major duties for resources allocation in a company. It is related production capability and overall planning, such as facilities, manpower and requires space assignment to reconcile efficiency, and service targets with a view to a proper balance. But in many industries, the operations of employee work scheduling has been a headache for human resource managers; monthly staff work scheduling system is spent a lot of time of personal managers to ensure that scheduling work is fair, impartial. Human resources managers have also spent a lot of time to arrange scheduling, mediation, reconciliation; and calculate the monthly of scheduling table for staff’s work attendance status. This study uses interaction of web technology based on the PHP object model and the development of MySQL database management system to operate and manage database programming. Integration of mathematical programming algorithm designed with computer program that allows us to establish the designing requirements of a fair, reasonable and personal work scheduling system to meet the various the services of personnel work scheduling table in many departments
