    摘要: 隨著高績效工作系統與創新績效的議題逐漸受到重視,過去 14 年來已有許多學者
    針對相關議題進行研究,但因為每個研究的抽樣對象、研究設計、衡量的方式不盡相同,使得各個研究結果相當分歧。故本研究透過後設分析法,將過去的個別研究結果,以量化的方法獲得一特定的結論。
    本研究主要以後設分析法探討:(1)高績效工作系統是否與創新績效有顯著的相
    關性;(2)產業對於高績效工作系統與創新績效的干擾效果。針對 21 篇研究報告,共6999 個樣本,進行後設分析。本研究結果發現:
    1. 高績效工作系統對創新績效具有顯著的中度影響效果,效果量為 0.332。
    2. 產業對高績效工作系統與創新績效有顯著的干擾效果,其中以製造業的效果量
    最大,其次為服務業、高科技業與混合產業。
    最後,本研究進一步針對研究結果提出管理意涵,以作為企業在實施高績效工作
    系統相關措施之參考,並提供未來研究之建議。;With the increase in the concern of high performance work systems and innovation over the past 14 years, countless research has been conducted. However, varying sample
    characteristics, research design, and measures have led to inconclusive results. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to get a generalized conclusion about the relationship between high performance work system (HPWS) and the performance of innovation. This is done through the meta-analysis method with results collected from past research.

    This study used meta-analysis to examine: (1) the relationship between HPWS and innovation performance; (2) the moderate effect of industry on the relationship between HPWS and innovation performance. A statistical aggregation of 21 studies and a total of 6999 sample size were used in this study. The result shows that:
    1. HPWS has a significant impact on innovation performance, which effect size was estimated at 0.332.
    2. The industry has a significant moderating effect on the relationship between HPWS and innovation performance. The effect size in manufacturing industry is the largest, and followed by services, high-tech and mixed industry.
