    摘要: 飛機零件眾多,數百家供應商遍佈全世界,一架飛機使用年限可長至30年,使用期間還可能在不同航空公司間轉手。過去飛機維修紀錄,大多為非電子化紀錄內容,這將導致維修紀錄不完整,並增加飛行事故風險。全面電子化記錄維修內容,對於確保飛行安全至關重要。隨著區塊鏈技術越趨普及,許多行業紛紛開始引入區塊鏈技術,以強化企業品質管理與提升效能。飛機維修具有某些特徵,因此適合導入區塊鏈。例如流程的高度複雜性,多個組織連結,及對於提高數據傳輸效率,以及數據透明性與可靠性機制的需求。
    區塊鏈技術「資訊透明化」(Transparency of information)的特性,可使用於飛機維修領域。用來管理身份、認證密碼、記錄數據輸入等歷史訊息。便能準確得 知何人、何時,做了什麼維修動作,與詳細數據紀錄。本研究探討航空維修廠 (MRO)的作業模式,應用企業流程管理(BPM)方法,導入區塊鏈技術,重整目前的飛機維修系統。並運用 ARIS 建模,分析目前資訊系統流程(As-Is)以及設計未來資訊系統參考模型(To-Be)。用以提供飛機維修、租賃、零組件管理等面向做參考。強化飛機維修歷史紀錄掌握,增加飛機汰除後租賃期結束時的資產價值。
    ;An aircraft included many parts and hundreds of suppliers all over the world. The service life of an aircraft can be long as 30 years, and it may also change hands between different airlines during service period. In the past, aircraft maintenance records only on paper, which would lead to maintenance records incomplete and increase the risk of flight accidents. Fully electronically the maintenance record is essential to ensure flight safety. With the increasing popularity of blockchain technology, many industries have begun to introduce blockchain technology to strengthen enterprise quality management and improve performance. Aircraft maintenance has certain characteristics, so it is suitable for importing blockchain. For example, the high complexity of the process, the connection of multiple organizations, and the need for mechanisms to improve data transmission efficiency, as well as data transparency and reliability.
    The characteristics of blockchain technology "Transparency of information" can be used in the field of aircraft maintenance. Used to manage historical information such as identity, authentication password, and data input. You can accurately know who, when, what maintenance actions have been done, and detailed data records.
    This study explores the operation mode of an aviation maintenance plant (MRO), applies business process management (BPM) methods, introduces blockchain technology, and reorganizes the current aircraft maintenance system. And use ARIS modeling to analyze the current information system process (As-Is) and design the future information system reference model (To-Be). It is used as a reference for aircraft maintenance, leasing, and component management. Strengthen the maintenance of aircraft maintenance historical records and increase the asset value at the end of the lease period after the aircraft is eliminated.
