    Abstract: 商業模式(Business Model)簡單的說就是“…您打算如何賺錢”。商業模式的核心是價值主張,如何為一組特定的客戶創造價值,誘使客戶為價值支付,並將這些付款轉換為利潤。近年來,企業經歷中美貿易大戰與GOVID-19影響,全世界市場劇烈震盪;並隨著宅經濟(stay-at-home economy)的崛起,居家辦公、遠距教學等消費者行為需求,帶動平板電腦、筆記型電腦等訂單需求大幅增加;加上擔憂疫情,廠商增加庫存,進一步帶動上游石英晶體供不應求,所以企業要如何面對市場於低成本與快速回應的需求為必然趨勢。舊思維已不再適應新經濟的發展要求,一個企業想要長期發展,商業模式創新是企業成功的關鍵驅動力。也因此企業透過業務流程管理(Business Process Management,BPM),分析當前狀態並確定需要改進的方面,以創建一個更有效的組織,為企業和客戶帶來更多價值。

    因此本研究以石英晶體產業為例,探討企業發展的價值,進行商業模式的改造;並利用整合性資訊系統架構(Architecture of Integrated Information System, ARIS)流程,重新建立產品管理流程,以期望公司降低資源成本損耗,以及提升市場競爭力與利潤。本研究將先針對個案公司內的組織流程,?用SWOT分析?找出企業的核心問題以及策略目標;再使用深度訪談法蒐集個案公司流程管理不足之資訊,並設定變革策略進行改善。最後評估改善成效,作為企業持續改善的里程碑,替公司營造更多的獲利。
    ;The business model is simply "...how do you plan to make money". The core of the business model is the value proposition, how to create value for a specific set of customers, induce customers to pay for value, and convert these payments into profits. In recent years, companies have experienced the Sino-US trade war and the impact of GOVID-19. The global market has been violently turbulent, and with the rise of the stay-at-home economy, consumer behavior needs such as home office and remote education. Driven the demand for tablets and notebooks has increased sharply. Coupled with concerns about the epidemic, manufacturers have increased their inventories. Which will further drive the supply of upstream quartz crystals in short supply. So it is an inevitable trend for companies to face the market′s low-cost and rapid response needs. The old thinking is no longer adapted to the development requirements of the new economy. If an enterprise wants long-term development, business model innovation is the key driving force for the success of an enterprise. Therefore, enterprises use Business Process Management (BPM) to analyze the current state and determine the areas that need improvement. In order to create a more effective organization and bring more value to enterprises and customers.

    Therefore, this study takes the quartz crystal industry as an example to discuss the value of enterprise development and the transformation of business models. Simultaneously use the Architecture of Integrated Information System (ARIS) process to re-establish the product management process, hoping that the company will reduce resource cost loss and increase market competitiveness and profit. This research will first use SWOT analysis to find out the company’s core issues and strategic goals based on the organizational process in the case company. Then adopt the method of in-depth interviews to collect information on the defects of the company′s process management in the case, and develop strategies for improvement. Finally, evaluate the effectiveness of the improvement, as a milestone in the company′s continuous improvement, to create more profits for the company.
