;Since the industrial revolution, in order to pursue a higher level of life, human beings have continuously expanded their industrial scale, continuously consumed the earth′s resources, and adopted a one-way linear consumption model to obtain resources, manufacture products, and discard waste. But the earth′s resources are limited. It is a spaceship with boundaries. Therefore, humans must think about how to change the current one-way straight line business model into a closed circular economy model, from the cradle to the cradle, so that the resources on the earth can be recycled instead of being regarded as inexhaustible treasure. Circular Economy 3.0 is the key to opening a closed business model. Starting from the cradle, don′t go to the grave, but continue to the new cradle, renew another new cycle, endlessly!

The circular economy business model is generated in a one-way straight line from the waste of circular economy 1.0, and then 100% outsourced processing. In fact, at this stage, humans are still consuming a large amount of natural resources in pursuit of rapid economic development, but they do not randomly discard the waste generated. After entering the circular economy 2.0, it will start to reprocess, attach the waste to new uses, and reuse the waste. But if the required waste is less than the amount of energy produced, it must be doubted whether its true source is legal! For example, spent acid cannot be reprocessed and used as agricultural fertilizers. Therefore, Circular Economy 3.0 is to change the one-way straight-line business model to a closed circular economy model to reduce the massive consumption of natural resources on the earth.
Generally, the success rate of a new product from innovation to commercialization is not high. It requires rigorous market research, a clear understanding of the customer’s value proposition, the technicality of the product, the feasibility of the business model, the customer’s internal strategic requirements, and sales. The challenges faced by the model and other stages, the product commercialization framework process developed according to the stage check method is a system that includes various activities required for commercialization and the stage checkpoints that should be available to enter the next commercialization, so that project management The personnel have a set of systematic tools in the development of new products, step by step to complete the activities required for product commercialization and pass the stage review.
