    Abstract: 隨著全球化的發展,再加上近年人才荒嚴峻,企業必須意識地了解如何透過更有效的方式進行徵才,而員工推薦制度已被證實為最有效的招募方式,因此本研究希望能夠了解職場幸福感與工作滿意度之關係,職場幸福感與工作滿意度對員工推薦意願的影響,同時探討工作滿意度的中介效果與組織承諾在工作滿意度與員工推薦意願之間的調節效果。
    本研究以台灣地區正職工作者作為研究對象,剔除重複填寫、全部皆填寫同一答案等無效問卷後,總計回收212份有效問卷。

    研究結果發現:
    1.職場幸福感對員工推薦意願具有正向影響。
    2.職場幸福感對工作滿意度具有正向影響。
    3.工作滿意度對員工推薦意願具有正向影響。
    4.工作滿意度會中介影響職場幸福感與員工推薦意願之關係。
    5.組織承諾不會調節影響工作滿意度與員工推薦意願之關係。
    ;With the development of globalization and the severe talent shortage in recent years, companies must be conscious of how to recruit in a more effective way, and the employee referral system has been proven to be the most effective way to recruit. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between Employee well-being and Job satisfaction, the effect of Employee well-being and Job satisfaction on Employee referral, and to investigate the mediating effect of Job satisfaction and the moderating effect of Organizational commitment between Job satisfaction and Employee referral.

    The results found below:
    1. Employee well-being has a significant positive impact on Employee referral.
    2. Employee well-being has a significant positive impact on Job satisfaction.
    3. Job Satisfaction has a significant positive impact on Employee referral.
    4. Job satisfaction has mediating effect between Employee well-being and Employee referral.
    5. Organizational commitment has no moderating effect between Job satisfaction and Employee referral.
